El1te Goalkeeping are passionate about the fitness of goalkeepers and we have collaborated with a fantastic online Physical Trainer Sam Shute, who is the owner of SS Fitness.

​

Not only is Sam a fully qualified PT but also an experienced Hockey Player who is currently the Men's First Team Captain at Wakefield Hockey Club playing in the England Hockey Men's Conference North Division. Sam is also a current member of the England 035s Masters Hockey Team.
